We have released new software for your vehicle. You will soon receive an in-car notification for the software update. Once you confirm the update and your vehicle meets the necessary safety conditions, we will proceed with the upgrade. Please also note the following information. If others have access to your vehicle, be sure to share this notice with them.

Before starting the software update, please ensure the following:
· Keep the vehicle stationary in an area with good network connectivity.
· Turn the key to the ON position.
· For automatic transmissions: Keep the gear in P (Park).
· For manual transmissions: Keep the gear in N (Neutral).
· Engage the parking brake.
During the software update, the following vehicle functions will be temporarily unavailable: (List unavailable functions)
To ensure a safe and efficient update, please do not change the vehicle’s status during the process, including but not limited to:
· Starting or driving the vehicle.
· Shifting gears.
· Charging the vehicle.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in an unsuccessful update.
After the update is complete, you will receive a notification in the vehicle:
· If you see 'Update successful. Please power cycle the vehicle,' turn off the vehicle, restart it, and then resume use. We will also notify you of the update again via the app.
· If you see 'Latest version error. Restored to the previous version,' you can still use the vehicle. If you wish to retry the update, you may do so in the vehicle or contact a service center.
· If you see 'Update failed. Please contact a service center,' immediately call 400-8199-199 and follow the service center’s instructions. Do not attempt to operate the vehicle on your own.
